Apex report error:ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

This Error Occurred due to below reason,

 I suspect you have blown a limit for the number of records that can be returned in the select lists attached to your form field. Change the Tabular Form Element Display As to 'Popup LOV (query based LOV)
